For the second time in a year Emergency Storage was selected to provide a storage unit to house my furniture while a water leak in my home was being repaired. The person who delivered the unit was BARBARA. What a wonderful employee and representative of her company she is. She placed the unit exactly where I requested. She was precise, efficient, professional and friendly. She worked at a brisk pace while confidently going about her task. When it was time for the unit to be picked up, BARBARA returned. She carefully and skillfully mounted the unit on her truck and cleaned up the area where the unit had been positioned for three months. I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

Servicemaster contracted Emergency Storage for an insurance claim that we had. They were a great company to work with. The employee (I wish I had her name) was very polite, incredibly efficient and extremely professional. She delivered the storage container and placed it in our driveway perfectly and was done in minutes. Months later when we emptied the container, she picked it up quickly and even used a blower to get the dirt and leaves that had accumulated under the container while it was at our house.
